Append selected text to the note selected in Apple Notes.

## What it does

Requires a selected note and appends safely escaped text after a paragraph break. It fails without changing anything when no note is selected.

## How to append selected text to the note selected in Apple Notes with ActionClip

1. Select the text you want to use.
2. Choose **Notes - Append to Selected Note** from ActionClip.
3. The destination opens with your selection ready to use.

## Requirements

Select a note in Apple Notes first. macOS may ask you to allow ActionClip to control Notes.

## Privacy

ActionClip passes the selected text only to this Apple app on your Mac. The Apple app controls any later iCloud sync or network use.
