What it does

Opens UPS’s official tracking page in your browser using the selected text. Auto-suggests for 18-character numbers beginning with 1Z. Select only one tracking number: this action sends the entire selection and does not extract a number from surrounding text. Format detection does not verify the carrier or shipment. Other tracking formats may need a different action.

How to use it

  1. Download the action file and open it in ActionClip.
  2. Review the action and its destination before installing.
  3. Select the text you want to use and choose UPS.

Requirements

Internet access, a web browser, and Online Actions enabled. Select only the tracking number.

Privacy

The full selected text is sent to UPS over HTTPS when you run this action and may appear in browser history. Select only the tracking number; avoid including unrelated or private text. UPS handles the tracking lookup.
