Requirements and privacy

  • Before you start: Install Scrivener 2 or 3, open a project, and enable the macOS Service for the action you want to use.
  • Your selected text: ActionClip sends the selection directly to Scrivener on your Mac. Scrivener controls any syncing that happens afterward.

Nothing is sent until you click the action. ActionClip never runs this integration quietly in the background.
