Workflow
How it works
- Select the text you want to use.
- Choose your SideNotes action from ActionClip.
- ActionClip sends the selection to SideNotes and opens the app for you.

Before you add it
Requirements and privacy
- Before you start: Install SideNotes by Apptorium and open it once.
- Your selected text: Passes selected text locally to SideNotes only when you run the action. Does not change your clipboard. SideNotes controls note storage and any sync.
Nothing is sent until you click the action. ActionClip never runs this integration quietly in the background.
