When will the recipient get their gift?

Delivery is immediate. After Lemon Squeezy completes the purchase and creates the license, ActionClip sends a separate gift email with your name, optional note, license code, and a step-by-step redemption guide.

Will the recipient see the price or my payment details?

No. The recipient’s gift email contains the license and setup details, not your billing information. Lemon Squeezy sends the purchase receipt to the billing email you enter at checkout.

What if I enter the recipient’s email incorrectly?

The form asks you to enter it twice. If you still spot a mistake after purchase, contact support with your order details so we can help before the license is used.

Does the recipient need an ActionClip account?

No. The redemption guide shows them how to download ActionClip, install it, and activate it with the license code in the gift email. ActionClip requires macOS 15 or later.

Which plan should I choose?

Choose the number of Macs the recipient should be able to activate: one, two, or up to five. Every option is a lifetime license with no subscription; the 2-Mac and 5-Mac options also include iCloud Sync.

Can I schedule the email for a future date?

Not yet. The first version sends the gift immediately after payment so delivery stays predictable. If the timing matters, purchase it when you want the recipient to receive it.

Can a gift be refunded?

Yes. The same 30-day no-questions-asked refund policy applies. The purchaser should contact ActionClip support using the billing email and order details.
