Remove and restore actions
Use an action's settings gear or menu to choose Remove Action. This works for built-in, Marketplace, and custom actions. Word Count and Character Count have matching gear menus containing only Remove Action.
Removed built-ins can be added again from the in-app Marketplace. Installed actions display Added even when their checkbox is off. On the website, built-ins remain in Built-in Actions, separate from the Marketplace directory.
Folders and order
New and newly installed actions appear first; editing preserves their position. Custom actions offer Duplicate for an independently editable copy. Create folders with at least two eligible actions; an action can belong to only one folder, and you can have up to seven folders. A failed save explains what to change without closing the editor.
Import an Iconify icon
- Open an action's icon picker.
- Choose Iconify and enter an identifier such as
solar:airbuds-case-charge-broken. - Enable Online Actions for the download, then import the icon.
The imported icon is stored locally. SF Symbols, emoji, image upload, and HTTPS image links remain available for supported action pickers. Action and folder icons can be customized with Iconify. The Fluent tab has been removed, but existing Fluent icons still render. Explicit icon choices survive relaunches and catalog refreshes.
Use icons in the main widget
Choose individual display styles, or enable Settings → Widget → Icon-only mode. The global preference affects the main widget; dropdowns always retain action names. Hover over an icon-only action to see its name. Turning the global preference off restores the individual choices. Customize the widget.
Write longer custom AI prompts
AI prompts support up to 50,000 characters. An edit beyond the limit keeps the accepted text and shows an error. Use example applies a preset through the standard dropdown. Online provider use remains controlled by the action's source and Online Actions settings.
